Your Responsibilities: 
- Answering customer’s incoming tickets in writing on our support
platform.
- Collect requests and feedback from customers or potential
customers.
- Generate prospective sales to turn existing or potential customers
into new customers.
- Handle partnership demand in order to collaborate.
- Handling customer return, shipping issue and refunds.
- Compliance with communication procedures, guidelines and policies
